Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy
If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please give our stylists at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If you are a no show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the services booked. Thank you for understanding.
